This website is created using wordpress.org and as a rule does not collect information regarding visitors. However, we also utilise embedded information and plug-ins which may collect data about you as described below.

Who we share your data with
Analytics
Google/YouTube
We may provide Google Analytics with usage data in general, and we may provide usage data to YouTube, because we are embedding videos hosted on YouTube for the purpose of demonstrating our services. Also, we’re using Gmail to process enquiry data, customer relationship data, and correspondence data if you use our contact address. Google Analytics, Gmail and YouTube are services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The usage data that’s created by using our website will generally be transferred to and stored on a server hosted by Google in the USA. Google is Privacy-Shield certified and offers a guarantee to comply with European data privacy laws (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI). H5P
The interactive elements of our module pages were created using the H5P plug in for wordpress.org. This plugin may collect data about your usage, for further information regarding their data collection and processing, please see their privacy policy at https://h5p.org/privacy.
How long we retain your data
Your data will be retained for the length of our study and for a period of five -years to allow for analysis and dissemination. After this time your data will be deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you have interacted in an identifiable way with this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
All data collected may be transferred to a University of Edinburgh held encrypted server. Your data will not be shared with any third parties.
